It was long time in 1888 when the PASTICCERIA SCARPATO began to take its first pastries out of the oven at its premises in Legnago, in the province of Verona.
At that time, the pastries were worked and kneaded by hand. The rising and baking were supervised with care, patience, seriousness and passion, using the best ingredients: fluour, eggs, butter, milk and natural yeast, mixed and blended to achieve a perfect balance.
