The dough is soft and melting thanks to the cream inside. The scent of caramel is enhanced by the presence of salt, which makes the taste stronger and more distinctive. The regularity and smoothness of the bite are then enlivened by Belgian dark chocolate chips, all covered with an amaretto and granulated sugar icing.
