MOTHER YEAST
For over 100 years, our sourdough starter has been stored and refreshed three times a day, all year round. This allows our yeast products to release distinctive flavours and aromas.
BUTTER
Pastry butter with a sweet, clean taste, made from the best fresh cream, ideal for fluffier leavened cakes.
CANDITI
Selected cubes of delicately candied Sicilian orange and Diamante citron, with a soft texture and round taste.
FARINA
Selected blend of grain flours with high protein content, ideal for the long rising times required by our sourdough starter.
SUGAR
Only 100% Italian sugar Sugars from sustainable agriculture, produced according to cultivation processes that respect the environment and human health.
ICING AND CREAMS
Rich and crispy handmade icing with Italian egg whites and almonds and the quality of handmade creams blend with the dough making it unique.
TIME TRANSFORMS
