1) I pagamenti sono validi solo se fatti direttamente alla nostra sede e al nostro personale autorizzato.
2) Nei casi in cui, al ricevimento della merce, sia riscontrato il danneggiamento di uno o più prodotti (imballi ammaccati, capovolti, bagnati o mancanti) l’azienda Scarpato si impegna a sostituire o risarcire pari prodotto/i purché siano rispettate le seguenti regole:
- RISERVA SUL BOLLETTINO DEL CORRIERE ALL’ATTO DELLO SCARICO con specifica degli articoli e motivazioni del danno.
- Fotografie dei prodotti con data certa.
- Verifica dell’agente.
La merce contestata dovrà essere messa a disposizione per eventuale ritiro da parte dell’azienda o del Corriere, in condizioni idonee all’eventuale spedizione di rientro.
Si rende altresì necessaria la
compilazione del modulo presente al seguente COLLEGAMENTO.
3) Per nessun motivo e a nessun titolo al Committente è consentito di differire il pagamento. Trascorsi i termini decorreranno gli interessi al tasso bancario corrente.
4) Per ogni controversia è competente il foro di Verona. Diritto applicato Italiano.
5) La ditta non è tenuta al risarcimento dei danni per ritardi di consegna.
Si approvano espressamente e per gli effetti degli art. 1341. E 1342 del Codice Civile, tutte le condizioni della presente proposta, compresi i punti 1-2-3-4-5 sopra indicati confermano che la ditta sopraindicata è iscritta alla C.C.I.A.A. ed è titolare della licenza. SI ACCETTANO LE CLAUSOLE DI CUI AI PUNTI 1-2-3-4-5.
Terms of sale
1) Payments are valid only if made directly to our head office and to our authorised staff.
2) In cases in which, upon receipt of the goods, one or more products are found to be damaged (dented, overturned, wet or missing packaging) the Scarpato company undertakes to replace or compensate the same product/s as long as the following rules are respected:
- RESERVE ON THE COURIER'S SHEET AT THE TIME OF UNLOADING with specification of the articles and reasons for the damage.
- Photographs of the products with a definite date.
- Verification by our agent.
The disputed goods must be made available for possible collection by the company or the Courier, in conditions suitable for possible return shipment.

3) Under no circumstances and for no reason whatsoever may the Customer delay the payment. After the expiry of the time limit, interest shall accrue at the current bank rate.

Art. 1341. And 1342 of the Civil Code, all the conditions of this proposal, including points 1-2-3-4-5 above, confirm that the above-mentioned company is registered with the C.C.I.A.A. and is the holder of the licence. THE CLAUSES IN POINTS 1-2-3-4-5 ABOVE ARE ACCEPTED.
