Dolce with extra virgin oil "Fontanara"

The appearance is classic panettone, but less shiny due to the absence of butter. The leavening is regular, uniform, and the color of the dough is not overly intense yellow. Instead, the fragrance is well balanced between the citrus, the sweetness of the candied fruit and the aroma of the oil that keeps it soft and flavorful.
